1. 18+ Age Requirement & Adult Content Notice

DESIZZ contains sexually explicit material intended solely for consenting adults. You are strictly prohibited from accessing, viewing, or using this website if you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (at minimum eighteen (18) years of age, or twenty-one (21) years in jurisdictions where 21 is the age of majority for adult content consumption).

2. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Notice

All visual depictions, still photographs, digital audio-video recordings, and media featured on DESIZZ comply with the record-keeping and labeling requirements of Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 2257, and Section 2257A, as well as 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

All individuals appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the visual depictions were produced. The required records are maintained by the designated custodian of records and are accessible for federal inspection according to applicable statutes.

3. Membership Subscriptions & Automatic Recurring Billing

Access to our full catalog of 4K Ultra HD videos is granted through paid membership subscriptions (Basic, Premium, or VIP Gold).

• Continuous Subscription Terms: Memberships operate on an automatic renewal basis (monthly or annually as selected during checkout). Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period until you explicitly cancel.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least thirty (30) days advance notice via email. Continued use of your membership following the notice indicates acceptance of the adjusted rate.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time without fees via your Account Settings or by contacting support. Cancellation halts future billings while preserving access through the end of the current paid term. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

4. User Accounts, Authentication & Security

When registering an account on DESIZZ, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and verifiable contact details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password, login credentials, and session tokens.
• Use your account strictly on a personal, single-user basis. Sharing logins, selling account credentials, or pooling memberships is strictly prohibited and results in instant, non-refundable termination.
• Immediately notify us at support@desizz.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Protection

All media, digital video streams, high-resolution photographs, audio tracks, trademarks, logos, and custom UI components are the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of DESIZZ and its licensed production studios.

Violations will be prosecuted to the maximum extent permitted by civil and criminal copyright laws, including claims for statutory damages under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use DESIZZ to:

• Circumvent age verification gates, geographic access controls, or rate limits.
• Deploy automated scrapers, bots, spiders, or crawlers without prior written authorization.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or exploit attempts against our server infrastructure.
• Harass, threaten, or solicit our content creators or platform staff in community or support channels.

7. Third-Party Payment Gateways & Merchant Records

Payments on DESIZZ are securely processed by world-class high-risk merchant aggregators and licensed payment facilitators, including Platon, CCBill, and Epoch.

DESIZZ does not store raw credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. All financial transactions occur within PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment environments. You agree to abide by the respective terms of service of the payment processor handling your transaction.

8. Warranties & Technical Disclaimers

The service and all content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that video streaming will be continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free, as delivery depends partly on your local internet connection, device compatibility, and third-party telecommunications infrastructure.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, DESIZZ, its directors, employees, affiliates, and content creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to access the service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DESIZZ and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

10. Governing Law, Legal Entity & Legal Notices

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the operating entity, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration or before a court of competent jurisdiction.
