DexxiGirl strictly prohibits the production, upload, streaming, storage, or distribution of any visual depiction involving minors (individuals under 18 years of age), non-consensual sexual content, or any material violating federal exploitation statutes. Any attempt to upload such material will result in immediate permanent account termination, forfeiture of membership, and immediate reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4. Primary vs. Secondary Producer Classification

DexxiGirl acts primarily as a distributor and publisher of premium content produced under verified compliance standards:

• Directly Produced / Commissioned Works: For content produced directly under DexxiGirl's editorial direction, DexxiGirl maintains primary producer records in its secured compliance vault in full compliance with 28 C.F.R. § 75.2.
• Licensed & Third-Party Content: For material licensed from external content creators, production studios, or syndication partners ("Secondary Content"), DexxiGirl is not the primary producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. In accordance with 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c), DexxiGirl maintains verifiable records of the primary producer's name, registered business identity, and the physical location where the primary 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records are kept.
